Do you live by your Passion?

Have you ever wondered how some people make it look effortless to do what they want?

Sure there is an element of talent to this or they are just doing the wrong thing, but they truly love what it is that they are doing. This is what I like to refer to as their Passion. The sooner each of you finds yours and gets clear on it the easier it is to make the hard decisions.

I will share with you mine so that you get a better understanding of what I am talking about. My Passion is to both LIVE a healthy, happy and balanced life and to TEACH others how they can do so as well. It is very simple, but really means a lot to me and what I want to accomplish. I have a lot of goals and other things that I want to accomplish along the way, but I always make sure to enjoy what I am working on currently. This Passion that I have makes it easy for me to make difficult decisions. I can always ask myself if what I am doing helps me live my Passion. If it does then it is something I will go with and if it does not help me reach and live my passion then it is something that I can let go.

Now it is your turn. What is something that drives you more than anything else? This has to be something big, very big, and long lasting. If it ends in the next year or even 10 years, then it is not on a grand enough scale. Notice in mine that it really never ends. It is something that I will keep doing until the day I die.

Keep in mind that you may not figure this out over night, but I’m going to give you a few questions to help ignite some thought.

  • What is something that you can talk about for hours on end?
  • What do you always seem to be wanting to learn about?
  • What did you want to do when you were 10?
  • Is there something that you find bigger than yourself that you want to improve?

These are just a few things that you can think about, but each one can help you find the path you want to follow. If you find that following and finding your passion is not enough to help and motivate you to get what you want out of life then you can always find your biggest fear. This can just as easily motivate you to eat the right food, move the right amount or get enough sleep as your Passion can. A fear of mine is to be sick, depressed, diseased and not able to move. Fear of these help to motivate as well.

I encourage you to see what your true Passion is. When you find your Passion you really can overcome any obstacle as all decisions on the path become easy. Please share below what yours is or if you are having trouble finding your Passion then share as well. We can all help one another to find our unique Passion.

Have a Great Day!
