Reading List

My Book a Day Challenge

“Not all readers are leaders, but all leaders are readers.”
Harry S. Truman

This may sound like a crazy concept, but I read from a book every day. Sure there are days that I miss, but I make up for it and do two or three in a day. It is something that I am doing as a challenge, but truly all great leaders have been readers and this is something that I want to live up to in my field of Holistic Health. Even the word “holistic” refers to interconnecting the whole.

This is why I plan on reading a vast array of books and putting up my own commentary on them. Some will be short, others long, but I plan on giving you my takeaways from the book and how you can use the concepts to help yourself.  I want to preface this that I am in no way trying to get the entire concept of the book to you as this will only be my interpretation of the author’s words. I encourage you to start with a book a month, week or even day for yourself to see how it can transform all parts of your life.
