What is Holistic Lifestyle Coaching?
Holistic Lifestyle Coaching (HLC) is a term you may have heard before but were not quite sure what it entailed. If we break down each word it is easier to understand what HLC really entails.
Holistic is something that is interconnected in reference to the whole. To understand this you must know that what you eat, how you move, what you think and how you rest all affect each other and everything else going on in and outside of your body.
Lifestyle is a way of life that is represented by an individual’s beliefs and values.
Coaching is offered by qualified specialists who will guide and encourage you on your journey to optimum health. Now by looking at the body as a whole, we are better able to make recommendations to help you heal yourself.
Why would we work together?
At this point in my career I’ve had the realization that I only want to work with people who have tried most everything and are at the end of the line. People are in one of two different camps when it comes to making lifestyle changes:
- Make one change at a time, make it solid and then move onto another or,
- Go all in and change everything at once. If you’ve tried making too many changes and then losing track of all the changes in a few days then you need to go back to the once change at a time.
