The Importance of Freedom and Creativity

Do you ever feel that you are stuck in a rut and cannot seem to find your way out?

Maybe you have the same thoughts going through your head and just cannot figure out anything new. These are very common things that happen to many of us. We need to get out of the same old way to embrace the freedom of what we love and create the lives that we love. As many of the things that we want that are the best for us, it may not always come easy. That is okay because when you achieve freedom and look back the journey will be well worth it.

What is Freedom?

I feel that freedom is certainly going to have a different concept for each individual or we would not truly be free. This is going to link back some to finding your Passion that you really must be clear on or freedom will always be just out of your grasp. To me freedom is being able to live the life I want to live from many different aspects. I want to wake up every day and be ready to make the world a better and healthier place through my writings, videos and working one-on-one with clients and their families. It is much more than that as I want to spend time with my beautiful wife Julie and our dogs Alex and Rufus.

This may be coming home and just talking about our day while we all lie on the floor together and share our love or it could be going for a walk in the woods that we do each day. Also in this is the type of food that we eat, that I have the freedom to sleep as much as I need and provide for my family what we want to be happy. I want to emphasize again that achieving freedom is going to be different for each of you, but the more clear you get on your Passion and what you need to be free, the happier you will be.

Why Creativity Too?

I included creativity with freedom because I feel that the two go hand in hand. I feel that I am not free if I do not have the creativity to express myself. This can come in a great number of forms that we may not think of and can be great at pushing ourselves to achieve some things we did not believe were possible. I do not want you to think of creativity only in the forms of traditional art or drawing, writing, taking pictures or music. To me it can be so much more from the clothes you wear, to how you decorate your house, to how you workout or the rock stack formations you do. Each of these and many more can be expressions of our own creativity that we should embrace to get down to be truly free!

It is now your turn. I want you to think about what truly achieving freedom means to you in all aspects of your life. Also, try and begin to express your creativity in what you love. This is me doing it right now as I type. It can really be that simple. Maybe you even want to make a nice dinner presentation tonight. The creativity is inside you, express it as FREEDOM!

Have a Great Day!
